Kinda rich, sorta fast, very quiet "American" car

If it's finally built and actually functions, at least the Chevy Volt should blow away the 'Prius set' at the stop light. (Electric motors usually provide instant and even torque, so it's said.)
May blow away wallets too at almost $40K before any tax breaks.
